Tribonema vulgare Pascher 1923
Tribonema vulgare; cells with H-shaped tranverse septa (arrowheads). Each cell has several lens-shaped chloroplasts, which is in contrast to Microspora and Binuclearia, two genera of algae which also have H-shaped transverse septa separating the cells, but have a single chloroplast.
